The whole Fulcrum Team was great, especially Sam Khazai and Sara Estes. They listened to our needs and concerns, and fixed whatever issues arose during the journey of selling our home. And most of all, they delivered - we sold it on schedule, for a little over asking price, and to some people who seem to appreciate its unique value and we believe will love living there as much as we did.
